Nancy Kenney has an extensive background in all areas of recruiting and has worked in recruiting for both front line management as well as executive talent. She has over 17 years’ experience in recruiting with 10 of those years leading the recruiting function as a Director. She has worked for both privately and publicly held companies; including global companies. In addition, Nancy has held leadership positions in Meeting of the Minds and is recognized with the distinguished PHR accreditation from the Society for Human Resource Management; (SHRM).

Nancy specializes in helping companies not only find the right talent for the job but also helps leaders craft recruiting strategies which help build an engaged workforce that is productive and successful in delivering the companies objectives. She has been very successful in building, from the ground up, recruiting departments and teams and implementing best practices to manage the talent acquisition lifecycle. Nancy has helped several companies identify and implement effective talent sourcing strategies and programs to address current and future workforce needs and building diversity as well as implementing college recruiting strategies.
